We had a delightful happy hour that turned into an early supper in the lounge. It started with mixed drinks — all fresh and delicious. We enjoyed light bites of olives and fave bean humus but soon decided to enjoy the famous biscuits, carrot ginger soups, Brie sandwiches burgers. Everyone raved about the food. The French fries were perfect. I highly recommend the food and the service was attentive. Note that live music (piano) is now on Wednesday. The lounge was comfortable and the acoustics were good. We will return to the dining room. *Reservations recommended. They were able to accommodate a member of our party that is celiac.

Everything about our meal last night was exquisite. Lighting in the restaurant was a perfect level and none of the lights shone directly on or at anyone. The music set a nice dinner club atmosphere. Based on all the props given to those biscuits, we went for it too. Served warm, they had the consistency and density of a hush puppy, little green onion inside, accompanied by soft butter and cardamom honey topped with black and white sesame seeds and sunflower seeds. The effect was a mouthgasm of flavors I’ve never tasted before. We did the hamachi crudo next. Super fresh fish and another unique and delicious flavor combination. The nectarine salad came next. Good ratio of greens to everything else. The nectarines were perfectly sweet with enough firmness to keep the slices intact for presentation, but soft enough to melt in your mouth. Toasted hazelnuts were a highlight too. The fourth dish we split was the branzino. This fish was also super fresh, filleted, and seared with crispy skin. It sat on a bed of pureed creamy potatoes and came with a celery root side that was a nice contrast to the fish and potatoes. Last was the salted caramel pot de creme. It was nothing short of amazing. Creamy, salty, sweet, and topped with candied hazelnuts. Another exquisite dish. All dishes were beautifully presented, well-balanced and memorable. Last but not least, the service was spot on, refined, and not rushed. It went along perfectly with the exceptional food and ambiance. We’ve dined at a few Michelin star restaurants before and the food at Alice B. was Michelin quality. Glad to have discovered this hidden gem in Palm Springs.

I wish I could give this place 10 stars. Everything was flawless. We can’t wait to go back. Our server Nicole was phenomenal as was the rest of the wait staff. We had the cheddar biscuits with seeded honey and butter. Yum! This was followed by the hamachi crudo which was perfectly balanced My husband and I split the ribeye and the cauliflower vegetarian dish. Both were exceptional. I will go back for the cauliflower. It’s rare to find a vegetarian entree that is so flavorful and filling. We were too full for dessert but we look forward to going back again soon. This is a must visit location.

Really enjoyed this new restaurant in Palm Springs, a welcome addition to the dining scene. Cheddar biscuits are great, the large plates steal the show including a fantastic chicken cutlet fried Milanese style, and a luscious braised lamb shank. Highly recommend.

Absolutely superb! Atmosphere is very upscale and elegant. Service was friendly and gracious. Food was excellent, flavorful and quite sublime. The cocktails were top shelf, the texture and flavor of the cornmeal cheddar biscuits was exceptional! My ribeye was a quality cut and cooked perfectly. The deserts were dreamy. A very enjoyable meal in a classy setting! Definitely a new gem for Palm Springs!

Alice B. is an absolute gem, and our recent lunch event was nothing short of spectacular. Chef Susan Feniger, General Manager Shaun McGinley, and their incredible team delivered an unforgettable dining experience from start to finish. The attention to detail, seamless execution, and warm hospitality left our entire group in awe. Chef Susan personally came out to greet us, sharing her passion, signed her cookbook and ensuring that every bite was exceptional. The food was creative, delicious, and perfectly curated for the occasion. Whether you're looking for a fantastic lunch, handcrafted cocktails and bites, or the perfect venue for your next gathering, Alice B. is a must-visit. A huge thank you to Chef Susan, Shaun, and the entire team—we’ll definitely be back soon!

Wonderful experience. We were stranded in Palm Springs for an extra day because of the East Coast blizzard, so we decided to go to dinner here on a whim. Excellent food, great service -- and Susan Feniger checked in on everyone who was there. Highly recommend.

What a great restaurant! This was our first time there. The location felt a little weird but once there, it was amazing. The restaurant is designed very nicely and it feels like classic Palm Springs. Our server, Karen, was amazing. I loved having her help us. She was so knowledgeable and I loved her spirit. She was amazing and I’d ask for her again next time we come. I had the Culiflower and Eggplant dish and it was amazing. So much flavor, texture, and deliciousness from vegetables...simply amazing. My husband had the chicken cutlet. WOW. What a delicious dish. We had the Hummus and drop biscuits for an appetizer and both were equally delicious. I could have eaten an entire basket of those biscuits for dinner! We had the Strawberry and pineapple sorbet and the Pot a creme. That Sorbet tasted like they somehow distilled all the essence of the fruit, froze it, and then presented it in all of its glory. Delicious!
